Surface ideas. Grow people.

Structured engagement for classrooms, corporate training, leadership cohorts, public-sector teams, and the high-stakes contexts in between. The polls component of the I See It Now professional-development family.

What this is

A small, focused set of polling and engagement tools that help a facilitator surface what people in a room are actually thinking — students in a classroom, officers in a briefing, employees in a town hall, leaders in a strategy session, patients in a co-design workshop. Five services, each shaped for a specific kind of moment. A single admin surface to run them. A pricing posture that develops people instead of paywalling them.

The methodology behind it has been tested across classrooms, police training, military settings, and corporate cohorts. The voice is adult-to-adult; the bar is honesty; the goal is people leaving the room having understood what was actually decided and why.

Three honest things to know

It's not a sales tool

No engagement-bait. No artificial urgency. No "20% engagement increase guaranteed" claims. The tool surfaces what the room is thinking; what you do with that depends on you and the room.

It's not just for classrooms

The methodology was refined in classrooms, then tested across policing, military, healthcare training, and corporate cohorts. The patterns transfer. A meeting that needs to surface dissent honestly looks the same in a staff room and a boardroom.

It's honest about what it isn't

Where personal data is involved, we work only in jurisdictions where the regulatory work is done. Where it isn't, the feature is gated with a plain-language explanation. We never pretend; we never silently strip; we explain.

Why an interactive demo

A page can describe a tool. A working demo lets you feel it. We've built a small find-your-fit quiz that asks where you'd use polling, how often, and at what scale; suggests one or two of the five services that fit your context; and shows the reasoning trail so you can disagree. It's also our way of demonstrating one of the platform's question-design disciplines — when we ask if you've encountered a methodology, we always ask about your practical experience and how recent it was, because recognition isn't the same as having applied it under pressure.

An honest pricing posture

Free for state educational establishments for life — the same posture as the parent platform. Modules and add-ons that have real per-user cost (heavier AI workloads, large cloud storage) attract a fee; nothing premium-feeling-but-zero-marginal-cost is gated. We are trying to develop people, not rip their arms and legs off for money.

Engage with us

Pilots, partnerships, honest critique — we'd rather hear from you sooner than later, even if you're not sure yet. The pilot pathway is the formal route; contact is the informal one.
